What are the income and credit qualifications?

Household Gross Income must be 3X monthly rent.

What is acceptable proof of income to sign a lease?

Last 3 paystubs, tax return form or award/offer letter.

What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?

All applicants must meet our resident criteria.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?

Security Deposit is only refundable if application information was not falsified, and applicant was declined.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

No

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

A month-to-month lease option will be available after the initial lease term.

What utilities are included in my lease?

None

How long is the term of the lease?

12-15 months.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

We do not offer furnished apartments.

When is my rent payment due?

Rent payment is due every 1^st to the 3^rd with late fees applying on the 4^th of each month.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

Late fees apply on the 4^th of each month.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

Resident portal will be provided.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

Online payment options will be provided.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted?

Guest are allowed to stay with the resident without notifying the leasing office up to 7 days as per lease contract.

I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?

Motorcycles can park in a regular parking spot.

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

If children are over the age of 18 and will be staying longer than permitted on lease, the office must be notified.

Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

Property is exclusive to VTX1 services.

Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?

Residents will be required to return the apartment to the same condition as it was given.
